Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Phillip J. Storin is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining NetNearU, Mr. Storin served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Destia Communications, Inc., located in Paramus, New Jersey, from February 1998 through September 1999. During Mr. Storin's tenure, Destia completed its initial public stock offering raising $70 million in May 1999. His departure followed the announcement of Destia's sale to Viatel, Inc. Mr. Storin was employed by USLD Communications, headquartered in Texas, from July 1992 through January 1998, when LCI International acquired the company. He served as Vice President, Controller and subsequently as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer while at USLD. Prior to USLD, Mr. Storin was employed for more than five years with Dell Computer Corporation in Texas serving in Director of Accounting and Controller positions through the initial public stock offering process. Mr. Storin is a C.P.A. and Certified Management Accountant and holds an MBA degree in Finance from Hofstra University in New York.
