Products - TRACKOS - End-User Account Management

TRACKOS enables users to self-manage their accounts via a self-management portal and allows administrators to manage user accounts via the TRACKOS management system. All changes made to user accounts are stored and reported by TRACKOS. Change history information includes the old value, new value, name of the individual making the change, and the date the change was made. Any attribute of an account can be changed including billing, personal and rate plan information. In addition, the user can review current usage data and previous invoices.

End-User Self Management - The end-user can manage his or her account through the captive portal page. On this page, the user can edit the account information, such as login data, update his or her credit card information and rate plan changes. Users can also exercise their self management abilities by viewing their account history, future billing dates and usage information.

Customer End-User Account Management - NNU's customers are able to log into TRACKOS to manage their customers' accounts. NNU's customers can see and edit various aspects of the end-user account information. For example, if an end-user calls our customer with account questions, the customer can use TRACKOS to see the account details. The customer can edit an end-user's login information or even change the rate plan. NNU's customer can view all active, closed and collection accounts. NNU can also view new end-user sign ups for wireless service and those who have recently made changes to their account. Additionally, TRACKOS provides in-depth reporting tools (see Reporting) that are useful for seeing revenue, expenses and user data.
