Many of NetNearU's customers, have WiFi hotspots dispersed throughout many different venues. This
customer has complete access to the management of user accounts, WiFi hotspots, portal pages, reporting,
and data through TRACKOS.
However, NNU's customer has the ability to give TRACKOS access to designated staff at each venue. In this
way, each venue can answer questions pertaining to it's customers only. The designated staff can use
TRACKOS to view reports and see system health for each hotspot located at the specific venue. This is
helpful in reducing the administrative burden of NNU customers and placing controlled information
directly in the hands of the venue staff.
