TRACKOS allows real time network device monitoring and management. TRACKOS information is updated
via information received by the controllers (gateway devices) installed in your network through a
variety of supported methods resulting in near real-time system health status of the network. Our
customers can quickly check on the system health status of the network. WiFi deployments can be
configured on an individual basis or can be configured and managed by any group of devices. The
grouping is configurable, allowing for complete flexibility in network monitoring and management.
An important part of the device monitoring component of TRACKOS is the ability to monitor the
"health" of WiFi hotspot networks. When TRACKOS detects a problem with the network, it will generate
a visual alert in TRACKOS and send an email notification indicating a problem has developed. This
alert will contain specific information regarding the network device and the corresponding problem.
Once the problem has been resolved, TRACKOS will clear the visual alert and send a follow up email
notification.
NetNearU provides management of network operability as an optional service.
