TRACKOS provides detailed and summary reporting in real-time based on the data NNU receives from
network devices, end-user activity and internal NNU systems such as billing and monitoring. These reports are useful to NNU customers in tracking revenues and expenses generated by their wireless network.
Usage reporting provides information on session location, session start and end times, session duration, usernames and the MAC addresses of the end-user's devices.
Performance reporting records the network's connection, wireless and user performance statistics.
The software tracks user connection rates, signal strength and quality, and errors.
Performance reporting is also available, and, based on the devices deployed, may include the following metrics:
- End-user connection speed
- Signal strength
- Signal quality
- Wireless interface error count
Other types of TRACKOS reports include but are not limited to the following:
- Type of rate plan used
- Payment type
- Venue or group of venues
- Type of device used (pda, laptop)
- Roaming revenue
