Roaming is supported by wireless networks managed by NetNearU. AAA functionality is provided for all
customers. NNU has created roaming relationships with many third parties and performed the appropriate
technical integration to not only make these roaming relationships work, but also to report the usage
completely and accurately. NNU's roaming system will support roaming relationships based on per minute,
per connect day and per connect month charges. Roaming with NNU will also work across different
currencies. NNU tracks and provides reports on roaming minutes, revenues and expenses.
