F. Gardner Parker joined the NetNearU Board of directors in April 1999 and serves as the chairman of the executive committee. Mr. Parker received a BBA degree in accounting from the University of Texas.

Prior to becoming a private investor, Parker, a CPA, worked with Ernst & Ernst for 14 years, seven of which he served as a partner. He serves as the chairman of the board of a number of companies including Computer Control Systems; Overpar, Inc., a real estate management company; and OHA General Partners, a privately held fiduciary. He is the lead Managing Trustee with Camden Property Trust, a New York Stock Exchange Real Estate Investment Trust and was formerly the chairman of the executive committee of the board of directors of USLD Communications until it was sold.

He also serves on the board of six other privately held corporations including MCS Technologies and Arena Power. In addition to having interests in companies where he is a board member, Parker owns interests in real estate holdings throughout Texas.
