Steve Falk Joins NetNearU as Senior Vice President of Business Development

COLLEGE STATION, TX – February 10, 2004 – NetNearU Corp. today announced the appointment of Steve Falk to NetNearU's executive management team as Senior Vice President of Business Development. Mr. Falk will be responsible for developing strategic relationships that accelerate NetNearU's TRACKOS™ OSS management system market penetration. Mr. Falk brings over 15 years of business development experience, specializing in the telecommunications and wireless broadband industries. His wireless experience includes Director of Market Development at Ricochet Networks. At Ricochet, Mr. Falk developed successful relationships with OEM partners, national retailers and ISPs to enable distribution of Ricochet services. Prior to Ricochet, Mr. Falk held a senior business development role at Aerie Networks, and was principally responsible for key pieces of Aerie's business model including Aerie's interconnection strategy and interconnection agreements with major telecommunication providers. Mr. Falk also provided strategic due diligence for Aerie acquisition targets and aided in Aerie's ultimate acquisition of Ricochet. Mr. Falk also has additional experience with broadband and wireless providers, serving in Business Development roles at DSL.net and Nexsys Comtech. He holds a law degree and is licensed to practice law in the state of California.

Mr. Falk holds a Bachelors degree with honors from the University of Waterloo in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada and a law degree from Queens Faculty of Law at Queens University at Kingston, Ontario Canada.
