Billing Concepts and NetNearU Corp. Announce eZ-Wi™ Agreement

SAN ANTONIO, TX – February 23, 2004 – Billing Concepts, Inc. (BCI), the largest clearinghouse to the telecommunications industry and a part of Billing Services Group, LLC, today announced the signing of an agreement with NetNearU Corp., the leading developer of hotspot management solutions. The agreement makes NetNearU a charter customer of Billing Concepts' new eZ-Wi™ clearing and settlement service.

With eZ-Wi, subscribers of participating ISPs who visit the hotspots of NetNearU's customers can log on to the Internet using their existing accounts. That brings the ease of a simple connection to travelers at some of the world's busiest airports including those operated by NetNearU's customers in Newark Liberty International, Baltimore-Washington International and many others. In addition to airports, hundreds of hotspots operated by NetNearU's customers will be available to ISP subscribers at locations like marinas, truck stops, cafes, hotels and convention centers.

Also, with eZ-Wi, Wi-Fi subscribers of NetNearU's customers who visit other hotspots integrated with Billing Concept's eZ-Wi can log on to the Internet using their existing accounts. This bi-lateral clearing service will help to create ubiquity in the Wi-Fi hotspot industry allowing Wi-Fi users to access the ever growing base of public hotspots.

NetNearU anticipates numerous benefits from eZ-Wi, a key benefit being an increase in revenue. "eZ-Wi allows NetNearU's customers to wholesale excess network capacity to ISPs. In turn, our customers will expand their subscriber base and drive additional revenue to their hotspot locations," said Larry James, chairman and CEO of NetNearU Corp.
