TRACKOS™
TRACKOS is a proven, flexible and robust system that can be used to manage a broad range of platforms and applications. An industry-leading combination of system management, financial reporting and user management tools provides a complete solution for companies seeking to manage remotely deployed public wired and wireless systems.
System Management
TRACKOS is a system management tool. It provides near real time status reports on remote units. System events are logged and assigned a priority level. Email and pager notifications can be sent in response to specific events or event priorities. Trouble tickets can be assigned to systems, and TRACKOS will record the status of those systems and the steps taken to resolve the ticket. To help maintain the status and health of remote systems, TRACKOS tracks and dispatches software and configuration updates.
Financial Reporting
TRACKOS is a full-feature financial reporting tool. It provides basic transaction reporting, such as the type of transaction, the method of payment used and the amount of the transaction. These reports are available on a per-session, per-day and per-month basis. Summary and comparison reports can be run for individual systems or groups of systems. The groups can be based on market type, location or individually selected systems. Review of the reports can identify trends and provide information and direction to an ownerís marketing, sales and finance departments.
Authentication, Authorization and Accounting
Authentication, authorization and accounting (AAA) builds on established system reporting and financial management features and provides a complete end-user management system. User management features allow administrators to update account information and status. Automated invoicing and billing issues invoices to customers, bills their credit card and allows for quick resolution of disputes. Usage monitoring helps better target new and existing customers.
