Wireless Standard Service
The following services are provided at no additional charge to Licensee:
- Internet-based server access to the TRACKOSô reporting system and tools, allowing Licensees to track activity 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A username and password will be offered to Licensee to access detailed reporting available through the company's TRACKOSô system.
- Software technical support provided to Licensees for NNU software products.
- Software updates provided to Licensees for NNU software products.
- Set-up assistance with equipment1, limited to TRACKOSô interaction with the equipment.
- Automated e-mail notification to Licensees of equipment reporting warnings and errors2.
- Limited assistance to Licensees for ISP, hardware and software-related problems Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. (CST).
1"Equipment" is to include NNU routing access point solutions.
It does not include third party hardware that may be incorporated into the solution.
2Reporting of errors and warnings is limited to NNU routing access point equipment.
